Shipping Information Most orders ship within 2-5 business days (does not include Saturday & Sunday), when you pay by credit card, debit card, cashier check or money order. Your order should arrive 2-7 days later, depending on your on your location. Shipping may take longer during holidays and bad weather. Please order early for Christmas, birthdays and other special events to avoid late arrival of your gifts and disappointments! Please be advised that once your order has shipped, we can not change or cancel your order. Shipping Outside the Continental U.S. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses are subject to a $7.00 handling charge per address. Orders shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom are subject to additional international shipping fees. Please contact via email or telephone before ordering. Fast Ship Service We will add $10 to your order when your request Fast Ship Service. All in-stock items ship from our store the same day you order when your order is placed by 1:00 pm MT (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 1:00 pm MT or on weekends will ship the next business day. Your order is usually delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. All shipments are via UPS ground service. If you require overnight or second day air delivery, please contact us before ordering for additional shipping charges to accommodate your request. In order to keep our shipping rates low, all shipping rates are based on one shipment per order. Additional shipments against any order will result in additional shipping charges, therefore, backorders may be subject to additional shipping charges. See Back Order Policy below. Price Guarantee We will honor the retail prices posted on our website within seven days of the price change for all orders placed. All prices and policies are subject to change at the decision of Children's Store. All descriptive and typographical errors are subject to correction. If a price is missing or incorrectly state on our website, we reserve the right to correct the price on your invoice without notification. Occasionally, Children's Store will put merchandise on sale. Sale dates are determined by management and cannot be amended by order taker. Sales prices are based on the date the order is placed, not the shipping date. Therefore, if you place your order before the sale ends, you will still receive the sale price, even if the order ships after the end of the sale. Items order prior to the sale date, cannot be discounted retroactively. Items ordered after the sale date, cannot be discounted. Returns & Exchanges If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you must call to arrange for exchange, credit or refund within ten (10) days of receipt of the product(s).
